Website administrators who sign in to the admin area also have a sign-in session stored in their browser. Visitors never use this.

These may be required for website security, authentication, session management, form submission, and fraud or spam prevention. They cannot always be disabled because the website may not work correctly without them.
Analytics cookies
Analytics help us understand which pages are visited, how the website performs and general visitor behaviour. Our website platform currently provides basic analytics of this kind, which uses the session-id cookie above. We do not currently use Google Analytics or similar third-party analytics tools.
Marketing cookies
We do not currently use advertising, retargeting or conversion-tracking technologies such as Meta Pixel or Google Ads tags. If we ever add them, they will be explained here and will not be switched on without your prior choice where consent is required.
First-party attribution
AstrooGrid may temporarily store basic campaign information such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, the referral source and the landing page. This helps us understand how an enquiry reached our website. It is kept in session storage for the current tab only and is saved permanently only if you submit an enquiry form. It is used only for internal enquiry and marketing analysis and not to build browsing profiles, and we do not share it with advertising networks.
Fonts from Google
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. This is not a cookie, but your browser contacts Google servers to fetch the fonts, which means Google can see your IP address.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may stop parts of the website, such as forms, from working. If we add optional cookies in future, you will be able to manage them through a Cookie Preferences link in the footer.
